It’s no secret that 2021 was a challenging year for most businesses. With the pandemic came a never-ending string of lockdowns, layoffs, and the Great Resignation. We all experienced some form of burnout this year, and who can blame us? Our priorities have changed, and businesses had to evolve with them.
We had to find new ways to push ourselves forward. This year, unlike last year, we were given the gift of time and experience. We were able to learn from the trials and tribulations of 2020 and find ways to grow. Many businesses learned to adapt to remote offices, hybrid work, and digital-first approaches. More businesses focused on employee retention and mental wellbeing. We took our time and allowed ourselves the space to evolve with our needs.
Botree is honoured to have been a part of your evolution this year. Whether you joined one of our webinars, completed training with us, read our first Growth Guide, or even just followed along with us on social media; we are fortunate to have you in our circle.
To thank you all for your support this year, and to help uplift our community, we will be making donations to two local charities. This year, we are donating to The Sharing Place and The Barrie Native Friendship Center.
As we all move forward to 2022, we encourage you to look back on your successes over the last year. Make sure to celebrate those victories, regardless of their size. We’ve made it through another year, and though no one truly knows what the path forward will look like, we hope you will join us in our journey to the top.
