Following an award-winning career spanning various industries, Teena Sauve (she/her) founded Botree to support organizations in reaching their inherent potential. Drawing from a rich and varied background in healthcare, product development, client relations, management, sales and marketing, Teena’s extensive experience lends a holistic approach to the expertise she provides in strategy, training and business development. With a commitment to professional development, Teena seeks every opportunity to expand her resources and is guided by her belief that cross-industry pollination is the driving force behind innovation.
Director of Instructional Design
As Botree’s director of instructional design, Jordann Bone, OCT (she/her) turns concepts into action. A passionate cross-pollinator of ideas, Jordann thrives in spaces that disrupt conventional thought processes in pursuit of evolution. Jordann holds a master's degree and post graduate diploma in adult education, leadership and technology and has designed custom programs across a multitude of industries and business sectors.

Carol Robinson (she/her) brings over thirty years of experience in sales management, strategic marketing, business development and executive leadership positions with top-performing worldwide medical device companies. The culmination of this experience and expertise in the Healthcare market allows Carol to bring to the table practical solutions that are easily understood, implemented, and effectively executed. Her pragmatic, logical and analytical approach brings clear strategic direction in providing timely and appropriate solutions for organizations.

Sylvie Carr (she/her) is Botree’s virtual facilitator, specializing in the exploration of new and innovative platforms, client relations and technology facilitation. With a background in communications and client support, Sylvie understands the importance of a dynamic design plan and is always on the lookout for new ways to create engaging content.

Karalynn Burke (she/her) is a driven and accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical inductee. Over the years, she has held various roles within sales, medical and marketing departments, where she excelled in each position. Karalynn is known for her collaborative and innovative approach to business bringing success to the entire team. Her ability to connect with people and understand their needs has allowed her to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact on the industry

Education Technology Developer
Jeneya Ko (she/her) is a 4th-year undergraduate student at the University of Alberta. She is specializing in the fields of economics, finance, and sociology, yet her interests extend far beyond that. Her work with various profit and not-for-profit organizations has formed her passion for business, education, and inequalities. Jeneya strives to make a positive difference in society and other people's lives; therefore, she always brings her love of people, coupled with a commitment to integrity and honesty, to every relationship she begins and endeavour she undertakes.
