These are our roots.

Botree is a business advisory and training group that engages organizations to reach their inherent potential and achieve sustainable growth. We specialize in supporting your people, optimizing your processes and creating customized solutions that support the evolution of your organization through communication, education and efficiency. Based in Ontario, Canada, we provide our services to clients across North America.

WHY WORK WITH US?

With the many daily demands of running a business, there is often limited time to support the people who make it great and analyze the processes that allow it to run. This is where we come in. Botree was founded to help businesses reach their inherent potential through sustainable, maintainable growth. With a focus on people first, Botree will engage your team, streamline your structure and maximize your bottom line, all while staying true to the foundational values of your business.

We prioritize the continual integration of new technology into our process and, in combination with trusted tools like Everything DiSC™, develop innovative, customized solutions. Our work across various industries allows for best practices to be shared from one sector to another and to create a dynamic, engaging environment in which to try new ideas. We roll up our sleeves alongside our clients and pride ourselves on helping them shine brighter.

BOTREE LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

In response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and the 94 Calls to Action, we would like to acknowledge the land that we operate within. As settlers, we respectfully recognize the people and cultures that existed here long before we did.

Botree lives and works on the traditional land of the Haudenosaunee and Anishnaabeg people. The Anishnaabeg include the Ojibwe/ Chippewa, Odawa, and Pottawatomi nations, collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties, Lake Simcoe Treaty 16, and the J. Collins land purchase.

The Botree team is dedicated to educating ourselves on the experiences of First Nations, Inuit, and Metis people in Canada. As a business, we are committed to fostering an equitable and supportive environment for all.

We believe in the power of community.
